Job Summary
Join My Queen’s dedicated healthcare team to provide compassionate postpartum and baby care, supporting new mothers and their infants through recovery, feeding, safety, and wellness guidance.
Responsibilities- Clean, bathe, and change diapers for babies to maintain hygiene and comfort
- Feed babies while ensuring safety and proper care of umbilical, oral, and eye areas
- Record babies’ temperature, feeding patterns, and mental and physical behavior to monitor health
- Track babies’ growth progress and report observations to supervisors
- Guide parents on infection control and baby safety measures to promote wellbeing
- Monitor mothers’ recovery progress and provide support during postpartum care
- Teach mothers breastfeeding techniques and baby care skills to enhance confidence and success
- Assist mothers in understanding and managing postnatal conditions for improved health
- Collaborate with team members to fulfill additional duties as assigned by supervisors or managers
- Meal allowance provided for day shifts
- Night shift and standby incentives to reward flexibility

- Paid on-the-job training to support skill development
- Receive up to $30,000 after 5 continuous years of service, alongside monthly salary and incentives
- Payout every 6 months

- Includes 1.5 hours of break time per shift
- Must be able to work shifts including nights, weekends, and public holidays
