Warehouse Coordinator (Electronics & Communication Devices)

• Basic up to $3500; Entitle AWS & VB

• Monday to Friday, 8.30 am to 6.00 pm
• Jurong East

• Handle daily warehouse operations including receiving, storing, picking, packing, and dispatching goods accurately and efficiently
• Ensure goods are packed properly and prepared for timely delivery to customers
• Maintain accurate inventory records and support stock control activities
• Conduct stock checks and assist in inventory audits to ensure inventory accuracy
• Prepare and maintain proper documentation for incoming and outgoing shipments
• Maintain cleanliness, organization, and safety within the warehouse environment
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth warehouse operations and delivery schedules
• Suggest and implement improvements to warehouse incoming and outgoing processes, including proposing new SOPs to enhance operational efficiency
• Carry out other general warehouse duties as assigned

• Relevant warehouse experience
• Hands-on experience in picking, packing, and inventory management
• Basic computer knowledge, including Microsoft Excel and inventory systems
• Responsible, organized, and detail-oriented
• Good communication and teamwork skills
