You’ll handle all core human resources functions and be a guardian of our employer brand. Most importantly, you excel in fast paced, dynamic environments, match the energy level of high passionate millennials with a strong driven mindset.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build solid relationships with employees and managers to create an employee-oriented culture that emphasizes quality, continuous improvement, and employee engagement
  • Support the Talent Acquisition team in the process of sourcing, hiring and providing end to end recruitment solutions
  • Execute the full onboarding and offboarding process to create a thorough candidate experience
  • Help build and maintain our culture activities
  • Manage the MOM visa applications, renewal and cancellation.
  • Enhance HR policies and ensure employees understand and comply with them
  • Manage employee grievances
  • Measure employee retention and turnover rates
  • Partner with the leadership team and oversee daily operations of the people, studio management and other job-related duties as required
Prerequisites
  • Proven experience in an HR management/business partnership role, supporting a creative and/or professional services business.
  • Strong executive presence and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently, multi-task and prioritise workload with strong follow-through.
  • Ability to adapt to frequently changing schedules and priorities and experience in operating in a dynamic, fast-paced environment where change is constant and demanding, and clear structure/process may not be apparent.
