Job Description
We are looking for a Customer Service Officer with experience in logistics or supply chain operations to manage order-to-delivery processes across Singapore and Southeast Asia. You will handle order processing, shipment coordination, customer communication, and work closely with internal teams and 3PL partners.
This role is ideal for individuals with 2–5 years of relevant experience who want to deepen their expertise in SAP, customer operations, and regional supply chain management.
Responsibilities
Order Processing & Fulfillment- Process and verify sales orders in SAP
- Track order status from order creation to delivery completion
- Coordinate shipping schedules, invoicing, and delivery follow-ups
- Respond to customer inquiries on order status and product availability
- Support reverse logistics and product return processes
- Assist in improvement initiatives for customer service and operational efficiency
- Maintain good relationships with customers and internal teams
- Provide timely updates on deliveries, delays, and service issues
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues related to orders and logistics
- Ensure accuracy of SAP records and correct any discrepancies quickly
- Prepare and check import/export and customs documents
- Stay updated with SG and SEA customs requirements
- Work with freight forwarders and 3PL partners to meet delivery KPIs
- Monitor logistics costs and support initiatives to improve service levels
- Assist with projects aimed at reducing lead times and improving delivery performance
- Diploma/Degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field
- 2–5 years of experience in customer service, logistics, supply chain, or order fulfillment
- Hands-on experience using SAP OTC / SCM is required
- Good command of English; additional languages (e.g., Chinese) are an advantage
- Proficient in Microsoft Office; Power BI experience is a plus
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Able to work independently in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Service-oriented with attention to detail
