Opportunity: Under the direction of the Sales Director, the Inside Sales Representative will work cooperatively with outside sales and other members of the distribution team to grow existing customers, create new customers and meet or exceed monthly sales quotas at the appropriate gross margin while increasing customer satisfaction.

Location: Onsite, Jurong East, Singapore

Company: RFMW is a specialty electronics distribution company focused exclusively on serving customers that require RF, microwave, and power components and semiconductors, as well as component engineering support.

ACCOUNTABILITIES
  • Generate new and repeat sales by providing product information in a timely manner.
  • Utilize ERP to accurately process and manage customer transactions such as orders, quotes or returns, samples: as well as opportunity tracking, design registrations and ship & debits.
  • Work with the Field Sales and Product Management teams on the following:
  • Determine customer requirements and expectations in order to recommend specific products and solutions.
  • Recommend alternate products based on cost, availability or specifications.
  • Provide accurate information regarding availability of in-stock items.
  • Obtain accurate information from vendors relating to shipment dates and expected date of delivery.
  • Proactively recommend items needed by customers to increase customer satisfaction and improve transaction profitability.
  • Increase sales and average order size by means of cross-selling, up-selling, and add-on sales.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE & SKILLS
  • Diploma or Bachelor's degree (Electrical & Electronics Engineering or Business preferred)
  • Open to fresh graduates
  • Prior relevant experiences in inside sales/marketing/customer service in electronics sector would be an advantage
  • Bright, energetic professional with outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks with shifting priorities and varying deadlines.
  • Excellent organizational and project management skills.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Self-driven and independent.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PPT), and web-based CRM too.
