Sales Representative/Sales Executive (FMCG)

• ? Build strong client relationships and expand your network

• Visit assigned convenience stores, mini-marts, and provision shops to build strong relationships
• Identify and develop new business opportunities through cold calling and store visits
• Ensure products are well displayed, priced correctly, and supported with promotions
• Set up POSM, promotional displays, and in-store marketing activities
• Take and process customer orders accurately and on time
• Promote new products and drive sales growth across accounts
• Handle returns of damaged or expired goods and coordinate replacements
• Prepare daily/weekly sales reports and provide market insights
• Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly
• Monitor competitor activities and provide feedback to internal teams
