1. Work closely with business stakeholders to identify roadmap of technology solutions and enhancements
2. Work closely with Manager in the approval, acquisition and implementation of IT projects
3. Resolve project issues, working with vendors and key stakeholders as required, to ensure the successful implementation of IT projects

1. Oversee the planning, directing, supervising, monitoring and coordinating of vendor and department operations, including assigning work activities, projects, evaluate work processes and procedures, preparing correspondences e.g. general and special reports
2. Collaborate with stakeholders to prioritize, design, develop and implement IT application features and enhancements, ensuring that system capabilities and process requirements are aligned
3. Ensure that the in-scope IT systems are performing optimally, meeting SLAs and requirements of user stakeholder and handle minutes taking.
