IT Admin Executive (Gov) - Bedok

Opportunity to join a gov stat board

• 5 days work week + Hybrid working arrangement
• Basic salary up to $3000+ Bonus

JD:

• Work alongside with Project Manager and responsible to track, compile and organize project related activities
• Main coordinator across different department for multple IT projects
• Responsible to report project risks and outcomes to project managers and stakeholders
• Take on project tracking and follow ups of new application systems
• Be the main liaison point between vendors and users in UAT
• Assist Project Managers in site visit to branches

Requirement:

• Diploma in IT or other relevant discipline
• Min 1 year relevant experience in IT support, IT admin role or equivalent
• Excellent communication skill and stakeholder management skill
• Proficient with Ms office application, experience with PM tools is a plus
• Singaporean only
