Property Building Manager

We are looking for a proactive Property Building Manager to support the day-to-day management of a commercial property portfolio. Working closely with the Centre Manager, you will ensure smooth building operations, tenant satisfaction, and compliance with regulatory and contractual requirements.

• Oversee daily property operations, ensuring services meet company standards, regulations, and contractual obligations.
• Conduct regular site inspections and coordinate maintenance, repairs, and improvement works.
• Manage tenant relations, addressing feedback and resolving issues in a timely manner.
• Coordinate tenants move-ins, move-outs, and reinstatement works.
• Monitor rental collections, process payments, and ensure compliance with lease terms.
• Review and reconcile rental charges, including common area maintenance (CAM) charges.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and preparation of monthly performance reports.
• Assist with data collection for annual budget planning and cost control initiatives.

• Diploma or Degree in Property Management, Real Estate, Facilities Management, or related field.
• 3 years of relevant experience in property or facilities management.
• Good understanding of building operations, maintenance practices, and tenant management.
• Comfortable working with numbers and basic financial concepts (e.g. rental calculations, budgeting).
• Able to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
