Funds and Accounting Manager (6 months contract)

Salary: $5500 to $6500 (Depending on experiences)

Working hours

Monday to Friday: 8.30am to 6pm

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the Group’s Private Funds covering real estate properties and alternative

• Manage the monthly and quarterly variance analysis and provide commentary on the

• Prepare consolidation and closing of monthly accounts of funds, joint ventures,

• Prepare monthly/quarterly/annual management financial reports and investors reports
• Liaise with fund managers on finance matters such as monthly accounts, cashflow

• Prepare the monthly and quarterly consolidated management accounts
• Coordinate, prepare and consolidate the funds quarterly forecasts and annual budget Manage Treasury and cash management matters
• Manage statutory financial statements, internal and external audit, tax filing and GST

filing

Requirements:

• 5 - 6 years of relevant accounting experience, preferably in real estate or private equity

• Professional accounting qualification (CA/CPA or equivalent) preferred
• Strong technical background, with hands-on experience in consolidation and statutory

• Highly organized with strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision, while collaborating effectively

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to handle complex problems
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
• Good time management and prioritisation skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word
• Familiarity with IBM Cognos Controller and SAP is an added advantage
