Temp Senior Executive, Implementation Science (6 Months Contract)

• Working hours: Monday to Thursday 8.30am to 6.00pm and Friday 8.30am to 5.30pm
• Work location: 3 Second Hospital Avenue (Nearest MRT Outram)
• Employment type: 6 months contract

Key Responsibility:

• Managing participant recruitment and onboarding
• Coordinating with stakeholders for setup and operational deployment
• Overseeing the operation of health assessment kiosks (e.g. body composition, hand grip strength, blood pressure, waist circumference) during the pilot
• Providing administrative support for data collection, reporting, and evaluation activities

Requirement:

• Minimum Diploma or equivalent qualification
• Relevant hands-on experience working with vendors and supporting research studies or large-scale programme management
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to multitask and work independently as well as in a team
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint)
