Job Summary

Lead company-wide operations as Vice President, partnering with HQ to drive performance, operational excellence, governance, and sustainable growth in a manufacturing environment.

• Develop and execute company strategy in alignment with HQ to achieve defined business objectives
• Manage financial performance by overseeing P&L, budgeting, forecasting, and cost control to ensure sustained profitability
• Enforce corporate governance and legal compliance to maintain transparency across all operational areas
• Provide executive leadership and direct oversight of sales, marketing, purchasing, and customer relationship management to drive business growth
• Lead initiatives to enhance manufacturing excellence by increasing productivity, implementing automation, and expanding operational capabilities
• Supervise development, production engineering, and mold fabrication teams to optimize product quality and operational efficiency
• Establish, monitor, and continuously improve Quality, Environment, Health & Safety (QEHS) systems to comply with regulatory and company standards

• Degree or Diploma in Mechanical, Industrial, or Quality Engineering, or equivalent
• Minimum 20 years of leadership experience in manufacturing or industrial environments
• Proven executive leadership skills with strong operations and financial management expertise
• Experience collaborating with regional or global headquarters structures
