Job Responsibilities:

  • Support reception desk operations.
  • Preparation of airwaybills, local deliveries arrangement, etc.
  • Facility Operations:
  1. Assist with documentation, filing, and data entry for FM operations.
  2. Assist with onsite inspection, staff enquiries/feedback when required.
  3. Assist with facility operations when required.
  4. Liaise with vendors for on-site tasks and ensure proper access is arranged, etc.
  • Administrative support for company events, etc.
  • Any other ad-hoc tasks assigned.

Working Hours:

Monday to Friday, 9:00 – 6:00pm
