We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Finance Manager to oversee the financial functions within our organization. The ideal candidate will ensure compliance with statutory regulations and organizational standards, drive financial performance, and support strategic decision-making.
This role requires a proactive leader who can foster relationships with stakeholders and enhance financial processes within the company.
Key Responsibilities:
- Financial Strategy: Plan and execute financial strategies, regularly assessing organizational performance against budgets and long-term growth objectives.
- Process Implementation: Develop and implement financial processes and internal control systems to enhance productivity and operational efficiency.
- Reporting: Prepare annual financial statements in accordance with established accounting standards, manage audits, and address taxation matters.
- Analytical Review: Review management reports, conduct financial analyses, and provide actionable recommendations to improve processes and control budgets.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Cultivate trusted relationships with internal and external stakeholders to drive alignment and effective financial management.
- Accounting Oversight: Coordinate accounting processes, including month-end closing, to ensure timely and accurate financial reporting.
- Transaction Management: Assist with overseas bank transaction entries and review financial records for accuracy.
- SOP Development: Develop Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and internal controls to maintain compliance and financial data accuracy.
- Financial Function Management: Oversee all financial functions, including accounting, reporting, expenses, and management reporting.
- Efficiency Improvements: Implement new financial procedures that significantly increase efficiency and reduce operational expenses.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Facilitate communication between the accounting department and cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of financial practices with business strategies.
- Coordination with Finance Teams: Coordinate across local and regional finance teams on statutory and Group reporting, audits, and tax compliance.
- Regional Oversight: Provide regional oversight and guidance to overseas accounting teams, ensuring consistent accounting treatment and sound internal processes.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master’s degree or professional certification (e.g., CPA, CMA) is preferred.
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in financial management, preferably in Digital advertising Agency.
- Skills:
- Strong knowledge of financial regulations and accounting principles.
- Proficient in financial modeling, forecasting, and data analysis.
- Experience with Xero accounting software.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proven ability to manage cross-functional teams and drive collaboration.
