As a Customer Service Officer, you will be the face of the clinic — providing a seamless, elevated experience from the first enquiry to post-treatment follow-up. You’ll engage discerning clientele with warmth and professionalism, understand their needs, and recommend tailored treatments and premium products that exceed expectations.
Responsibilities:
- Welcome guests with poise and create a memorable first impression
- Offer personalised recommendations to suit each client’s goals and lifestyle
- Confidently present premium treatments, products, and exclusive packages
- Manage enquiries across multiple channels and convert interest into appointments
- Maintain an immaculate reception and retail environment in line with luxury standards
- Support smooth daily operations and uphold exceptional service protocols
- Foster long-term relationships through follow-up and loyalty-building initiatives
Salary:
- Up to $2800 + Incentives (for upselling packages) + VB + Comms
Working hours:
- 44 hours work week (timing can be flexible i.e. come 1 hour earlier, leave 1 hour earlier, if not it’s typically 10am-7pm, includes alternate half or full Sat depending on hours worked during weekday)

Requirements:
- Minimum GCE ‘N’ Level or equivalent
- At least 2 years’ customer service experience in beauty, wellness, luxury retail, or hospitality
- A polished communicator with strong sales instincts
- Professional, discreet, and attentive to detail
- Tech- and social media-savvy (TikTok, Xiaohongshu, Meta) is an advantage
- Passion for beauty, aesthetics, and creating exceptional client experiences
