Job Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute business and sales plans for Web3-related products in alignment with the company’s strategic goals, with the objective of expanding market share and strengthening industry presence.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing key accounts to ensure high customer satisfaction, while continuously identifying and developing new business opportunities.
- Leverage existing industry networks to proactively acquire high-value clients through meetings, calls, and other outreach initiatives.
- Gain a deep understanding of client needs to deliver tailored solutions, while collaborating closely with product and technical teams to refine product strategies.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to optimize business development strategies and maintain competitive advantage.
- Represent the company at industry events, product demos, and exhibitions to enhance product visibility and strengthen brand awareness.
- Lead contract negotiations, execution, and follow-up to ensure successful project delivery and timely payments.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or above in Sales, Marketing, Finance, Computer Science, or a related field is preferred.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in sales or business development within the Web3, blockchain, cloud mining, or fintech industries, with a proven track record of managing enterprise clients.
- Strong network and connections in the Web3/blockchain ecosystem; able to quickly establish and maintain business relationships.
- Excellent skills in market analysis and business negotiation, capable of driving complex business deals.
- Results-oriented, highly execution-driven, and capable of adapting BD strategies in a fast-evolving industry.
- Proficiency in both English and Chinese (to communicate effectively with Chinese-speaking stakeholders).
- Strong self-motivation, high sense of responsibility, and a collaborative team player.
