Key Account Manager

Job Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and execute business and sales plans for Web3-related products in alignment with the company’s strategic goals, with the objective of expanding market share and strengthening industry presence.
  2. Maintain strong relationships with existing key accounts to ensure high customer satisfaction, while continuously identifying and developing new business opportunities.
  3. Leverage existing industry networks to proactively acquire high-value clients through meetings, calls, and other outreach initiatives.
  4. Gain a deep understanding of client needs to deliver tailored solutions, while collaborating closely with product and technical teams to refine product strategies.
  5. Monitor market trends and competitor activities to optimize business development strategies and maintain competitive advantage.
  6. Represent the company at industry events, product demos, and exhibitions to enhance product visibility and strengthen brand awareness.
  7. Lead contract negotiations, execution, and follow-up to ensure successful project delivery and timely payments.

Job Requirements:

  1. Bachelor’s degree or above in Sales, Marketing, Finance, Computer Science, or a related field is preferred.
  2. Minimum 3 years of experience in sales or business development within the Web3, blockchain, cloud mining, or fintech industries, with a proven track record of managing enterprise clients.
  3. Strong network and connections in the Web3/blockchain ecosystem; able to quickly establish and maintain business relationships.
  4. Excellent skills in market analysis and business negotiation, capable of driving complex business deals.
  5. Results-oriented, highly execution-driven, and capable of adapting BD strategies in a fast-evolving industry.
  6. Proficiency in both English and Chinese (to communicate effectively with Chinese-speaking stakeholders).
  7. Strong self-motivation, high sense of responsibility, and a collaborative team player.
