Service Coordinator

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Service Coordinator to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

Process and manage sales documentation, including Sales Orders, Purchase Orders, Delivery Orders, and Invoices.

Provide administrative support for service and maintenance scheduling and coordination.

Respond promptly to customer enquiries, including online and e-commerce platforms.

Prepare and follow up on quotations for service maintenance, spare parts, and ad-hoc servicing requests.

Handle export and import documentation, ensuring all paperwork meets freight and delivery requirements.

Manage internal and external correspondence, including emails, letters, and other enquiries.

Perform general administrative duties and assist with tasks assigned by management.

Minimum 1 year of experience in a Sales Admin / Sales Coordinator role & Service Coordinator role.

Must have customer service experience.

Experience in shipping, export, or import documentation will be an added advantage.

Bilingual in English and Mandarin to communicate with Chinese-speaking customers.

A team player with strong communication skills, able to interact with colleagues at all levels.

Able to work well under pressure in a dynamic environment.

Immediate availability will be preferred.
