Sales Manager (Slimming, Beauty & Wellness)

Job Description- Lead and manage the slimming, beauty, and wellness sales team
- Drive sales performance and achieve outlet targets
- Coach, train, and mentor consultants
- Oversee KPIs, sales reports, and outlet performance
- Ensure all customer data, invoices, and treatment redemptions are accurate and compliant
- Audit sales records and resolve discrepancies
- Handle escalated customer cases professionally
- Work closely with management on business planning and growth
- Minimum 2–3 years sales management experience (beauty/wellness preferred)
- Strong leadership and accountability
- Detail-oriented with strong operational discipline
- Results-driven and professional
