About the role
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Senior/IT Executive to join our dynamic IT team at The Bakery Depot Pte Ltd. In this full-time position, you will be responsible for providing top-notch technical support and IT services to our employees across our Kaki Bukit East Region office.Your expertise and problem-solving skills will be essential in ensuring the smooth operation of our technology infrastructure.
What you'll be doing- Providing first-line technical support and troubleshooting for a variety of hardware and software issues
- Administering and maintaining our IT systems, including servers, networks, and end-user devices
- Implementing and monitoring security measures to protect our data and systems
- Liaising with vendors and service providers to coordinate the delivery of IT services
- Documenting and updating IT processes and procedures
- Identifying and implementing improvements to enhance the efficiency and reliability of our IT infrastructure
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a similar IT support or IT executive role
- Strong technical knowledge and hands-on experience in hardware, software, and network troubleshooting
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and experience with supporting the ground
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills to quickly identify and resolve technical issues
- Effective communication and customer service skills to work with end-users of varying technical abilities
- Ability to multitask and priorities tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Relevant certifications in IT or computer science would be an advantage
