Geylang - Application Support Analyst (Successfactors) (1 year contract)

Adecco is partnering with an established logistic solution provider to look for an Application Support Analyst (SuccessFactors) to assist the Senior HRIS Analyst and HR Department by diagnosing and fixing issues, ensuring the system runs smoothly across SuccessFactors modules.

The Job:

• Provides functional support across multiple SAP SuccessFactors modules, including Employee Central Core, Leave, Timesheet, Payroll, Reporting, Compensation, Performance & Goals, Recruiting, Learning, Onboarding, and Offboarding.
• Analyze business requirements to propose solution optimizations and ensure compliance with data security and user access policies.
• Liaise with both business users and vendors for issue resolution, application testing, patch management, and system upgrades.
• Supports the HR team through problem-solving, documentation, SIT/UAT, deployment, and post-go-live activities.
• Involves evaluating and recommending process improvements within SuccessFactors to enhance operational efficiency.

Requirements:

• Possesses at least a diploma in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
• Candidates must have over three years of hands-on experience configuring and supporting various SAP SuccessFactors modules such as Employee Central, Payroll, Performance & Goals, and more.
• A strong ability to troubleshoot both functional and technical issues within the SuccessFactors environment is essential.
• The ideal candidate will possess solid ABAP and Java skills, strong communication abilities, and the capacity to manage multiple tasks independently in a fast-paced setting.
