Workshop Technician

Seeking motivated and customer-oriented Technician to join our Workshop. Primarily roles to perform automotive repairs, technical diagnostic service are carried out

• Customer service duty to provide quality services meeting customer satisfaction.
• Technical knowledge to perform work outlined on the repair order with efficiency and accuracy, maintain factory standards.
• To uphold company quality standards and ensure all work undertaken meets customer expectations in relation to repairs and cleaning up job carried out professionally.
• Keeping Vehicle Health Check compliance process in place, repair order write-ups are clear and concise specifying concern on the cause and cure.
• Maintain clean work area, all tools, equipment and vehicles at the workshop are in our good hands during and in the progress of work.
• Encourage Team sharing your knowledge, work experience and training.

Requirements

• With Continental Vehicle knowledge
• Able to read, write and update maintenance repair and job orders
• Enthusiastic, focused and able to commit busy schedule
• Valid Class 3 or 3A driving license
• Minimum Nitec in Automotive Technology / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent
