We are seeking a hands-on Technical Support / Senior Technical Support Technician to perform maintenance, diagnostics, and repair works on commercial and specialised vehicles (including ICE and BEV platforms).

This role requires strong troubleshooting capability, particularly in electrical and electronic systems, to ensure vehicles meet workshop service standards with minimal turnaround time.

Key Responsibilities

Perform maintenance, repair and overhaul works on commercial, heavy and specialised vehicles
Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical and electrical faults (ICE & BEV platforms)
Read and interpret electrical schematic diagrams
Use diagnostic tools to identify and resolve technical issues
Repair and replace electrical and electronic components
Complete work orders accurately for each serviced vehicle
Escalate complex repair issues and recommend major repair/replacement solutions
Ensure adherence to workshop safety, quality and housekeeping standards

Requirements

NTC 2 / NITEC / HIGHER NITEC / TED in Automotive Technology or related discipline
2–3 years of experience in automotive repair (commercial/heavy vehicle experience preferred)
Strong troubleshooting skills in electrical and electronic systems
Experience diagnosing electrical faults in commercial/specialised vehicles
Proficient in using automotive diagnostic tools
Ability to understand electrical component functionality
Class 3 driving license
Basic MS Office knowledge

✔ Comfortable working on both traditional ICE and BEV systems
✔ Independent, detail-oriented and safety-conscious

✔ Able to work in a structured workshop environment
