The Role
To maximize customer satisfaction on our service quality and capability, by providing professional field service and consultancy while promoting service products to generate service NIS.
Job Description- Carry out daily jobs given/instructed by supervisor / service engineer.
- On arrival, inform customer in charge before any jobs being carried out in order to avoid any interruption in production.
- Follow all instructions given in the Scope of Works in service jobs / quotations.
- To implement correct working methods and use correct tools and to obey safety rules.
- Maintain satisfactory cleanliness at compressor room and surrounding area after the jobs have been completed.
- To test run and monitoring on units, record all reading to ensure units running at satisfactory conditions.
- Write reports on jobs done on daily time sheets and recommend any follow-up actions.
- Record and explain to customer if any follow up or repair jobs have to be done.
- Feedback to Service Supervisor on follow-up actions required.
- Maintain service vehicle and upkeep personal tools and equipment and workshop area.
- Ordering and collection of spare parts for service jobs.
- Recording of all time spend in field and workshop activities.
- having skills and experience on repair and troubleshooting of air compressors and air dryers are preferred
- Knowledge on inverter operating principle and troubleshooting skills and experience would be an advantage
- Mechanical / electric-mechanical troubleshooting skill
- Knowledge about air compressor’s operating principle and its component functions are preferred
- Certificate / Diploma in Mechanical / Electrical or Electronic discipline
