Sales Director – Technology Professional Services (Singapore)

Overview Our client, a leading global systems integrator, is seeking a high‑impact Sales Director to drive growth across their Technology Professional Services portfolio in Singapore and the broader ASEAN region. This role focuses on selling complex, multi‑tower services including software engineering , data & AI , cloud transformation , enterprise platforms , and ServiceNow professional services .
The ideal candidate is a proven hunter–farmer hybrid with deep enterprise relationships, especially within the Banking, Financial Services & Insurance (BFSI) sector, while also being comfortable engaging clients across other industries. Key Responsibilities: Sales & Revenue Growth Own and drive the full sales lifecycle for technology professional services engagements.
Develop and execute account strategies to achieve and exceed annual revenue and margin targets. Identify, qualify, and close opportunities across software development, cloud services, data & AI, and enterprise platform transformation. ServiceNow Professional Services Focus Position and sell ServiceNow consulting, implementation, and managed services as part of a broader digital transformation portfolio.
Work closely with ServiceNow practice leaders to shape value propositions, proposals, and go‑to‑market motions. Client Engagement & Relationship Management Build trusted advisor relationships with C‑suite, technology, and business stakeholders.
Expand footprint within key BFSI accounts while developing new relationships across other verticals (e.g., telco, manufacturing, public sector, retail). Lead executive‑level conversations around digital transformation, modernization, and operational efficiency.
Collaboration & Solutioning Partner with delivery, solution architects, and practice leaders to craft compelling proposals and RFP responses. Ensure solutions are commercially viable, deliverable, and aligned with client outcomes. Drive cross‑portfolio collaboration to maximize account penetration.
Market & Industry Insight Maintain strong understanding of market trends across cloud, AI, data modernization, and enterprise platforms. Provide feedback to leadership on competitive landscape, pricing, and emerging opportunities. Required Experience 10+ years of enterprise sales experience in technology professional services or consulting.
Proven track record selling multi‑million‑dollar services engagements in Singapore or ASEAN. Mandatory: Experience selling ServiceNow professional services (consulting, implementation, or managed services). Strong network and sales success within BFSI ; additional industry exposure is highly advantageous.
Ability to navigate complex enterprise environments and influence senior stakeholders. Experience working within or selling for a global systems integrator, consulting firm, or large technology services provider. Key Competencies Strong commercial acumen and negotiation skills.
Ability to articulate value across technical and business domains. Strategic thinker with a hands‑on, execution‑driven approach. Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder‑management skills. Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to build and grow new revenue streams.
