Job Summary*

We are looking for a proactive and resourceful Recruitment Executive to manage the end-to-end hiring process. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and placing candidates while working closely with clients or internal hiring managers to meet staffing needs efficiently.

*Key Responsibilities*

*Recruitment & Talent Acquisition*
  • Manage full-cycle recruitment from job posting to onboarding
  • Source candidates through job portals, social media, networking, and referrals
  • Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess suitability
  • Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers/clients
  • Provide shortlists of qualified candidates in a timely manner
  • Prepare job descriptions and post openings on relevant platforms
*Client & Stakeholder Management*
  • Understand hiring requirements and job specifications
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients or internal stakeholders
  • Provide market insights on salary benchmarks and talent availability
  • Ensure a positive experience for both candidates and clients
*Requirements*
  • Local Polytechnic Diploma, A level graduate or Degree holders are all welcome
  • 1–3 years of recruitment or HR experience (agency or in-house)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multitask and manage multiple job openings simultaneously
  • Detail-oriented with good organizational skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and recruitment platforms
