Recruitment Executive

Job Summary*
We are looking for a proactive and resourceful Recruitment Executive to manage the end-to-end hiring process. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and placing candidates while working closely with clients or internal hiring managers to meet staffing needs efficiently.
*Key Responsibilities*
*Recruitment & Talent Acquisition*- Manage full-cycle recruitment from job posting to onboarding
- Source candidates through job portals, social media, networking, and referrals
- Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess suitability
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers/clients
- Provide shortlists of qualified candidates in a timely manner
- Prepare job descriptions and post openings on relevant platforms
- Understand hiring requirements and job specifications
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients or internal stakeholders
- Provide market insights on salary benchmarks and talent availability
- Ensure a positive experience for both candidates and clients
- Local Polytechnic Diploma, A level graduate or Degree holders are all welcome
- 1–3 years of recruitment or HR experience (agency or in-house)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple job openings simultaneously
- Detail-oriented with good organizational skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and recruitment platforms
- Results-driven and able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong negotiation and influencing skills
