Job Description
The Executive Search Intern supports the executive search team in research, candidate identification, and recruitment coordination. This role provides exposure to professional and leadership hiring, talent research, and search execution.
We are looking for an intern from August 2026 onwards.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct candidate research and talent mapping across industries
- Identify and shortlist suitable candidates based on role requirements
- Support resume screening and candidate profiling
- Assist with interview coordination and scheduling
- Prepare candidate profiles and search documentation
- Maintain recruitment trackers and databases
- Provide administrative and research support to consultants
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Comfortable with research and data handling
- Detail-oriented, organised, and responsible
- Interest in recruitment, executive search, or consulting
- Able to handle confidential information professionally
- Minimum of 3 months
