Site Engineer
Role Objective
We are looking for a dedicated and resilient Site Engineer to join our team at R Square Engineering Pte Ltd. You will be responsible for overseeing on-site operations, managing technical aspects of the construction project, and ensuring that work is completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
Key Responsibilities- Project Supervision & Management:
- Oversee day-to-day site operations to ensure projects align with technical drawings and specifications.
- Effectively manage and lead a team of supervisors and subcontractors to maintain workflow.
- Documentation & Reporting:
- Prepare and submit accurate Site Reports and Progress Reports on a regular basis.
- Handle project claims and ensure all variations are documented.
- Financial & Material Control:
- Review and manage the Bill of Quantities (BOQ).
- Monitor and control site costs to prevent budget overruns.
- Responsible for ordering materials and ensuring timely delivery to avoid site delays.
- Stakeholder Relations:
- Act as a primary point of contact for Client Management, ensuring client requirements are met and issues are resolved promptly.
