QAQC Engineer / Proposal Engineer / Site Engineer (Geotechnical/Civil))

Overview:

• 5-day work week
• Work location: West
• Salary range: $4,000 – $6,000

Site Engineer (Civil / Geotechnical)

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, coordinate, and oversee daily site operations and work schedules
• Monitor project progress to ensure compliance with design specifications and timelines
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and internal teams
• Manage site manpower, materials, and resource allocation effectively
• Ensure strict compliance with safety (HSE) and quality standards on site
• Prepare site reports, progress updates, and related documentation
• Identify site challenges (e.g. soil conditions, technical constraints) and recommend mitigation measures

Requirements:

• Degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering or related field
• 1–5 years of experience in construction or infrastructure projects
• Comfortable working in a site-based/outdoor environment
• Knowledge of AutoCAD and MS Project is an advantage

QA/QC Engineer (Geotechnical – Construction)

Job Summary: Responsible for supporting quality assurance and quality control processes across infrastructure projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement QA/QC systems in compliance with project requirements
• Review method statements, inspection and test plans (ITPs), and work procedures
• Conduct inspections, site audits, and quality checks
• Liaise with clients, subcontractors, and third-party inspectors
• Track non-conformance issues and implement corrective/preventive actions
• Prepare quality reports and participate in review meetings
• Maintain proper documentation and support continuous improvement initiatives

Requirements:

• Degree in Civil/Geotechnical Engineering or equivalent
• 1–5 years of QA/QC experience in construction or infrastructure projects
• Strong documentation, reporting, and analytical skills
• Familiarity with industry quality standards and site practices

Proposal Engineer (Tender / Estimation – Geotechnical)

Key Responsibilities:

• Review tender documents and technical specifications
• Perform quantity take-offs and cost estimation
• Source quotations from suppliers and subcontractors
• Prepare technical proposals, method statements, and tender submissions
• Support bid strategy, pricing analysis, and risk evaluation
• Coordinate with engineering and operations teams for project inputs
• Ensure timely preparation and submission of tender documents

Requirements:

• Degree in Civil Engineering or related discipline
• Experience in tendering, estimation, or proposal engineering
• Strong analytical and cost estimation skills
• Knowledge of construction methods and project costing principles
