Senior Bridal Consultant (Sales) - Bukit Merah

Client Greeting & Consultation: Warmly welcome customers to the store and provide professional consultation on bridal gowns, evening dresses, styles, fabrics, designs, as well as rental and custom-made options.
- Needs Analysis & Recommendation: Thoroughly understand the bride's wedding theme, personal preferences, budget, and body type to accurately recommend suitable gowns and offer styling advice.
- Fitting Service: Assist customers with gown fittings, provide expert guidance and adjustments, ensuring a pleasant and efficient trial experience.
- Contracting & Follow-up: Responsible for negotiating, signing sales contracts, and processing payments; continuously track order progress to ensure timely delivery or pickup of the gown/dress.
- Client Relationship Management: Establish and maintain excellent customer relationships, conduct follow-up calls, and identify potential clients.
- Store Maintenance: Assist with the organization, display, and daily maintenance of the gowns and dresses in the store, keeping the showroom clean and aesthetically pleasing.
- Performance Goals: Proactively strive to meet and exceed individual sales targets set by the company.
Requirements:
Essential Qualifications:
- Experience: Minimum of 1 year of sales experience in bridal wear, luxury goods, high-end retail, or a related service industry.
- Appearance & Demeanor: Presentable with a refined and elegant appearance; possessing a confident and graceful demeanor that reflects the brand's professionalism and aesthetic.
- Communication Skills: Excellent interpersonal communication, expression, and negotiation skills; high level of affinity and adept at listening to and understanding client needs.
- Service Orientation: Strong sense of service excellence and responsibility, attention to detail, and the ability to provide high-standard, personalized service.
- Resilience: Able to adapt to the pace of the retail industry, including working on weekends and public holidays, with strong stress-management skills.
Preferred Qualifications (Bonus Points):
- Product Knowledge: Possesses deep knowledge and unique insights into bridal gown styles, fabrics, and fashion trends.
- Language Skills: Proficiency in English or other foreign languages (spoken) is a strong advantage, especially when serving foreign or high-end clientele.
- Learning Ability: Passionate about fashion and aesthetics, with the ability to continuously learn and enhance professional knowledge.
Compensation and Benefits:
- Base Salary + High Sales Commission + Performance Bonus (Details negotiable)
