Finance Manager/ Senior Finance Manager - Hougang

Responsibilities:

• Formulate financial targets and budgets in accordance with Group Strategies.
• Manage and be able to enhance internal control policies in relation to the regional Group of companies.
• Deal with external parties, including banks and auditors.
• Play a key role in streamlining and improving financial processes in ensuring regulatory compliance.
• Ensure tax compliance and be able to identify possibilities in tax planning in relation to regional operations.
• Oversee monthly closing process and financial consolidation, ensuring proper commentaries for variances.
• Manage presentation and submission of financial accounting, management reports, forecasting, and budgeting.
• Provide financial analysis on business and industry trends.
• Lead process improvement and system implementation.
• Formulate new opportunities for the Group to enhance flow of funds.
• Mentor, coach, and lead members within the Finance department and raise financial awareness of employees.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in Business, Finance, Accounting, or equivalent.
• Chartered Accountant.
• Minimally 10 years of experience, of which at least 3 years gained from leading a team/department within a technology services company.
• Understanding of the financial landscape and accounting practices within the Southeast Asia region, APAC knowledge will be a bonus.
• Strong financial acumen with in-depth knowledge of accounting principles, financial analysis, and budgeting.
• Proven track record in developing and implementing long-term financial strategies.
• Advanced skills in analysis of financial data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
• Experience in SAP ERP systems.
• Proficient in English and Chinese for communication with stakeholders and reporting purposes.
