Responsibilities (includes but not limited to):
- Welcome passengers upon arrival and assist with flight check-in ensuring a smooth departure process
- Front desk duties in exclusive premier lounges
- Guide, motivate and mentor junior team members to consistently uphold the highest of service and discipline standards
- Assist Duty Manager in daily deployment
- Ensure compliance with standard operating procedures
Requirements:
- Local Diploma in any discipline
- GCE N/O Level, Nitec or Higher Nitec will be considered for Customer Service Agent role instead
- Proficient in English and a second language for effective communication with international passengers
- Pleasant with a cheerful disposition and good interpersonal skills
- Comfortable with 6 days rotating shift (morning, afternoon and overnight shift)
