Sales Manager – Industrial & Aviation Solutions (Singapore)
  • SGD 5,000 basic + SGD 1,200 allowance + Petrol Reimbursement: SGD 400
  • Quarterly & Yearly Performance Commissions

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and drive product line sales growth to achieve overall business objectives in Singapore
  • Develop and execute strategic business development plans to expand market presence and increase revenue
  • Build and strengthen distribution networks through the appointment and management of reseller and distributor partners
  • Identify and penetrate new key accounts while nurturing strong relationships with existing customers
  • Collaborate closely with regional product line managers to accelerate sales performance and market expansion
  • Gather market intelligence, identify emerging opportunities, and strengthen brand positioning within the industry
  • Support the implementation of regional business strategies and operational initiatives
  • Provide leadership, guidance, and administrative supervision to the local sales team
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or related discipline
  • 10 years of industrial B2B sales experience
  • At least 5 years in a sales leadership or managerial capacity
  • Proven track record in business development, channel management, and key account management
  • Experience in industries such as aviation, military, oil & gas, power plants, mining, automotive repair, cutting tools, or industrial hardware is highly advantageous
  • Candidates with prior RSAF background and leadership experience are highly preferred
  • Possess own vehicle for client engagement and business development activities
