Sales Manager – Industrial & Aviation Solutions (Singapore)
- SGD 5,000 basic + SGD 1,200 allowance + Petrol Reimbursement: SGD 400
- Quarterly & Yearly Performance Commissions
- AWS (13th Month Bonus)

Key Responsibilities- Lead and drive product line sales growth to achieve overall business objectives in Singapore
- Develop and execute strategic business development plans to expand market presence and increase revenue
- Build and strengthen distribution networks through the appointment and management of reseller and distributor partners
- Identify and penetrate new key accounts while nurturing strong relationships with existing customers
- Collaborate closely with regional product line managers to accelerate sales performance and market expansion
- Gather market intelligence, identify emerging opportunities, and strengthen brand positioning within the industry
- Support the implementation of regional business strategies and operational initiatives
- Provide leadership, guidance, and administrative supervision to the local sales team
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or related discipline
- 10 years of industrial B2B sales experience
- At least 5 years in a sales leadership or managerial capacity
- Proven track record in business development, channel management, and key account management
- Experience in industries such as aviation, military, oil & gas, power plants, mining, automotive repair, cutting tools, or industrial hardware is highly advantageous
- Candidates with prior RSAF background and leadership experience are highly preferred
- Possess own vehicle for client engagement and business development activities
