KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND ACCOUNTABILITES

Routine preventive maintenance and repair of mobility equipment:

Conduct safety checks and ensure equipment meets required standards.
Keep track of equipment, parts, and supplies.
Maintain repair logs and other relevant documentation.

Maintenance of building facilities.
Maintenance of systems – mechanical, electrical, sanitary, plumbing, air-con, audio visual.
Maintenance of furniture & equipment.
Inspect facilities periodically to determine problems and necessary maintenance.
Handle and manage technical issues and to trouble-shoot/rectify the problem on site.
Responsible for all technical/operational issues raised by internal/external customers and liaise with them to ensure complaints are resolved.
Coordinate work with contractors and ensure they deliver their services .
Maintain and update maintenance records and documentationsincluding data entry.
Any other ad-hoc duties assigned by Reporting Supervisor.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

ITE in Electrical/ Mechanical/ Building Services/ Engineering
At least 5 years of experience in M&E building facilities maintenance
Experience in mobile medical equipment (wheelchair, shower trolley & hospital bed etc) maintenance is an added advantage
Pleasant personality, good working attitude and team-spirit, very hands-on
On the job training will be provided
Fresh graduates are welcomed to apply
