Are you passionate about working in a school environment with young minds? Do you have a love for books and stationery products? We're looking for someone like you to join our team as a School Bookshop Associates.

Responsibilities:

• Assist students and teachers in finding books and stationery items.
• Maintain the organization and cleanliness of the bookshop.
• Process transactions and manage inventory effectively including replenishment and ordering of stocks
• Provide excellent customer service to our school community.
• Assist in promoting and arranging displays for new books and products.
• Simple administrative duties

Requirements:

• Enjoy working in a school environment with children and teenagers.
• Ability to work independently and manage tasks efficiently.
• Strong service orientation and interpersonal skills.
• Conversant in English
• Basic computer knowledge

Working Hours & Location:

• 8.00am - 3.00pm (Mon to Fri) - Primary School
• 7.30am - 3.00pm (Mon to Fri) - Secondary School

(Operating Hours will differ during year end book sales and different outlet)
