What you'll be doing
- Providing comprehensive administrative support to the healthcare operations team
- Handling various clerical duties, including data entry, document organisation, and filing
- Assisting with the coordination of meetings, appointments, and schedules
- Answering and directing incoming phone calls and emails with professionalism
- Providing exceptional customer service to both internal and external stakeholders
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to support the execution of healthcare initiatives
- Identifying opportunities for process improvements and implementing efficient solutions
- Proven experience as an administrative assistant or a nurse, preferably in the healthcare industry
- Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritise tasks effectively
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-centric approach
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and comfortable with office equipment
- High attention to detail and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Knowledge of healthcare operations and regulations would be an advantage
