$3,500–$4,500 | Executive / Senior Executive – Logistics Operations

JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Executive / Senior Executive – Logistics Operations to support daily warehouse and supply chain operations. This role involves leading operational teams, ensuring service excellence, maintaining operational efficiency, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives to meet customer and organizational goals.

Salary Range: $3,500 – $5,000

• Lead warehouse and administrative personnel to ensure daily operations meet customer requirements and service standards
• Oversee order processing, inventory control, and warehouse activities to ensure timely and accurate fulfilment
• Monitor operational performance and ensure achievement of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) such as order turnaround time, stock accuracy, and dock-to-stock timelines
• Prepare and submit performance reports, operational summaries, and KPI updates to management and customers
• Perform process mapping and workflow reviews to support new customer requirements or operational changes
• Ensure strict compliance with operational procedures, safety standards, and quality policies
• Identify productivity gaps and implement process improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency
• Coordinate staff training schedules and support competency development for warehouse personnel
• Investigate customer feedback and complaints, implement corrective actions, and monitor service recovery outcomes
• Review supplier and contractor performance to ensure service standards are maintained
• Support recruitment activities including manpower planning and onboarding coordination
• Approve staff leave requests, overtime scheduling, and daily manpower deployment
• Maintain cost-effective operations while ensuring service quality and customer satisfaction
• Ensure accurate documentation and adherence to established operational workflows
• Initiate system or process enhancements to improve operational effectiveness
• Maintain accurate records of stock movement, adjustments, and transaction activities

• Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Warehouse Management, or related field
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in warehouse, logistics, or contract logistics operations
• Hands-on experience working in warehouse operations and order processing environments
• Familiarity with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and inventory control processes
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially Microsoft Excel and Word
• Strong organizational and coordination skills with attention to detail
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
• Able to perform effectively in a fast-paced operational environment

• Experience working in a 3PL or contract logistics environment
• Knowledge of continuous improvement tools such as PDCA or quality improvement methods
• Experience analyzing operational data and preparing performance reports
• Leadership experience in supervising warehouse or operations teams
