Our consumer products group, Tissues International, is rapidly growing, and we are seeking a dedicated Assistant Key Account Manager to join us for Singapore market.

Job Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to increase distribution channel performance and market penetration.
- Manage and grow relationships with existing buyers, key accounts, distributors and channel partners.
- Recruiting suitable distributors for other untapped non traditional channels / general trade traditional channels.
- Monitor distributor's performance, set sales targets, and ensure achievement through regular performance reviews and coaching in market.
- Collaborate with marketing, supply chain, and finance supporting teams to support distributors with tools, release orders, promotions, and inventory planning.
- Conduct regular market visits to ensure product visibility, pricing compliance, and gather competitor intelligence. Weekly market visit is required to ensure trade marketing and out distributors understand the right execution daily.
- Provide training, coaching, guidance, and support to distributor sales teams to enhance their skills set to be negotiating effectively.
- Analyze sales data, prepare forecasts and reports for senior management. Weekly analyze the sales data to understand how can we promote effective spent.
- Optimize ROI of all Trade Investment with maximized sales results to create a clear strategy to sell for across channels.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, Marketing, Economics, or a related field.
- Must minimum have 5 years each of Modern Trade and General Trade channel management are pre-requisite with proven track record of negotiation skills with key retailers, key wholesalers and sub-distributors.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with proficiency in data interpretation and reporting tools (Excel, Power BI, or similar).
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills, with the ability to engage and influence multiple stakeholders.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and deliver results within deadlines
