Personal Assistant - Bukit Merah
- Manage and coordinate the Managing Directors business and personal schedules, ensuring smooth planning across time zones.
- Handle travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, visas, and logistics, and accompany the Owner on trips when required.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence while maintaining strict confidentiality.
- Serve as the main contact point between the Managing Director and stakeholders, including internal teams, partners, and vendors.
- Monitor ongoing projects and tasks, ensuring timely follow-ups and completion.
- Handle Managing Directors personal matters, from running errands to managing household needs and special events.
- Organise business and social functions with precision and efficiency.
- Undertake any ad-hoc tasks to ensure seamless support for the Owner.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or in a similar role supporting top management or senior leaders.
- Excellent command of written and spoken English.
- Willingness and flexibility to travel on short notice and adapt to changing priorities.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
