As a Legal Counsel, you will be responsible for the following duties:

• Draft, review and negotiate commercial contracts, vendor agreements and service agreements.
• Conduct Legal Due Diligence and review of Company’s contractual commitment and liabilities.
• Support contract administration and provide advice to project teams on issues such as contract interpretation, contractual claims, delays and variations throughout the project lifecycle.
• Handle dispute resolution, litigation and arbitration cases related to trade contracts and business operations.
• Evaluate and manage legal risks associated with contractual activities and provide strategic advice to mitigate potential liabilities.
• Support dispute resolution and litigation and liaise with external legal counsel and regulators where required.
• Monitor regulatory development and provide advice on their potential impact on business operations.
• Provide legal advice on corporate governance, compliance, and regulatory matters
• Drive compliance programs, policies, and training within the Company.

• Degree in Law or equivalent ,called to Bar
• 5 years of relevant experience in corporate/commercial law.
