We are currently looking for Legal Consultant to join our team.

Responsibilities include:

• Review, draft, negotiate and advise on a broad range of commercial contracts and legal documents
• Provide legal advise to the business and operational units of the company
• Work and liaise with the various stakeholders within the company
• Perform other related duties as assigned

The ideal candidate would have:

• A Degree in Law or equivalent
• 8+ years PQE and called to the Singapore or a common law jurisdiction bar
• Strong commercial background, with good knowledge of contract law
• A strong team player with interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with personnel at all levels
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with good attention to detail
• Strong organizational skills and adaptable and flexible with regard to activities undertaken
