Job Overview:

We are looking for a Logistics Executive to join our Technogym Singapore team and take ownership of key logistics and supply chain functions, ensuring operational efficiency and service excellence across our order fulfilment and inventory management processes.
This role plays an important part in supporting our business and customer commitments through hands-on coordination, process optimisation, and cross-functional collaboration. Reporting to the Country Manager, the ideal candidate is experienced, detail-oriented, and proactive in identifying solutions and improvements.

You should bring a strong foundation in logistics operations, thrive in a dynamic environment, and take pride in delivering reliable and seamless support to internal teams and customers.

Responsibilities:

  1. Order Management & Fulfilment
  • Process customer orders accurately and in a timely manner.
  • Coordinate with the sales team and warehouse vendor to validate order details and fulfilment readiness.
  • Ensure order tracking systems are up-to-date and reflect real-time order statuses.
  • Liaise with internal stakeholders and suppliers to resolve any discrepancies or issues related to order processing.
  1. Shipment Coordination & Logistics Operations
  • Track and monitor shipments to ensure on-time delivery.
  • Liaise with freight forwarders, shipping lines, customs agents, and third-party logistics providers to facilitate smooth transportation.
  • Monitor and manage freight and transportation costs, ensuring cost-effectiveness while maintaining service levels.
  • Oversee shipment loading and unloading.
  • Prepare and verify shipping and logistics documentation such as invoices, packing lists, and bills of lading.
  • Address logistics-related inquiries from internal departments.
  1. Inventory Management & Warehouse Coordination
  • Maintain accurate stock records using the company’s inventory management system.
  • Conduct regular stock counts and reconcile physical inventory with system data.
  • Collaborate with the warehouse vendor to monitor stock levels, ensure timely replenishment, and prevent overstocking or stockouts.
  • Examine incoming goods for defects or quantity discrepancies, and ensure quality standards are met.
  • Enforce safety protocols and SOPs in warehouse operations to ensure compliance and workplace safety.
  1. Reporting & Continuous Improvement
  • Generate regular reports on logistics performance, inventory levels, and shipment status.
  • Maintain organized records of all logistics transactions and documentation.
  • Analyze data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and areas for cost reduction or process improvement.
  • Support the implementation and refinement of logistics SOPs and best practices.
  1. Administrative & Cross-Functional Support
  • Provide general administrative support to the logistics department (e.g., scheduling, document filing, communication).
  • Collaborate with cross-functional departments such as Sales, Sales Support, Finance, and After Sales to ensure seamless operations.
  • Assist in addressing customer inquiries regarding delivery timelines, stock availability, and logistics issues.
  • Undertake any other duties or responsibilities as may be assigned from time to time, consistent with the scope of the role.

Requirements:

  • Diploma or Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 – 5 years of hands-on experience in logistics, supply chain, or warehouse operations.
  • Strong knowledge of inventory control, order fulfilment, and shipment coordination processes.
  • Experience working with inventory management software (e.g. Odoo); proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data analysis tools is essential.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills to work effectively with internal teams, external partners, and third-party logistics providers.
  • Strong problem-solving mindset, with a track record of identifying process improvements and operational efficiencies.
  • Familiarity with logistics compliance, safety standards, and SOP enforcement in warehouse or distribution settings.
