Job descriptions:

Manage the full 360° recruitment process
Identify new business opportunities and build strong client relationships
Liaise with clients to understand hiring needs and expectations
Source, screen, interview, and select suitable candidates
Deliver excellent customer service to both clients and candidates

Requirements

Nitec / Diploma / Degree in any discipline
CEI certification is an added advantage
Strong passion for recruitment and sales
Self-driven, enthusiastic, and results-oriented
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Candidates with relevant experience will be considered for Senior Recruitment Consultant roles
