Marketing Executive / Marketing Manager

Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Marketing Executive or Marketing Manager to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in developing and implementing marketing strategies that drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute marketing campaigns across digital and traditional platforms.
• Manage brand communications and ensure consistency across all channels.
• Oversee social media, content marketing, and email campaigns to boost engagement.
• Plan and execute product launches, promotions, and marketing events.
• Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., sales, product development) to align marketing efforts.
• Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities.
• Monitor and report on campaign performance, ROI, and KPIs.
• Manage relationships with external agencies and vendors as needed.
• Supervise junior team members (for Manager role).
• Excellent communication, copywriting, and presentation skills.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
• For Executive: Minimum 1–3 years of relevant experience.
• For Manager: Minimum 4–6 years of experience, with at least 1–2 years in a leadership role.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing tools (Google Ads, Meta Business, SEO, CRM systems).
