Job Description:

• Manage and optimize eCommerce platforms - product listings, pricing, and promotions. (Shopee / Lazada / Amazon).
• Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns.
• Attend to customer enquiries, reviews, and product feedback professionally and promptly.
• Ready to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of Adobe photoshop, illustrator and video editing.
• Manage Social Media Posting for IG, FB, TikTok.
• Identifying and contacting influencers.
• Able to host and experience in live streaming is an advantage.
• Ad hoc duties/ projects as assigned .

We might be a potential match if you have/are:

• At least 2 years’ experience in e-commerce operations.
• Proficient in Adobe photoshop, illustrator and video editing.
• Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms and best practices.
• Passion for e-commerce and a strong desire to learn and grow.
