Overview

We are seeking a versatile and well-rounded HR Manager to join our client's Corporate Office team, taking on a role that balances strategic HR partnership with hands-on execution. This position will play a critical role in talent acquisition, performance and compensation management, employee relations, and HR business partnering, with primary focus on Singapore while also supporting wider Asia portfolio.

Key Responsibilities:

Talent Acquisition & Workforce Planning
  • Lead end-to-end recruitment, from sourcing to onboarding.
  • Partner with business leaders to forecast manpower needs and design sourcing strategies.
  • Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline via job platforms, referrals, and direct sourcing.
  • Draft and refine job descriptions while supporting employer branding initiatives.
Stakeholder Management & HR Business Partnering
  • Act as a trusted HR partner to corporate functions, advising on workforce planning and structure.
  • Provide guidance to leaders and staff on HR-related issues.
  • Support performance discussions and foster team effectiveness.
Performance & Compensation
  • Drive the annual performance review cycle and facilitate calibration discussions.
  • Validate bonus and increment recommendations.
  • Assist in manpower budgeting and monitor headcount costs.
  • Conduct regular benchmarking to ensure competitive compensation and benefits.
Employee Relations & Engagement
  • Manage employee grievances with discretion and professionalism.
  • Lead engagement initiatives, surveys, and pulse checks to drive a positive workplace culture.
  • Champion HR-driven programs that enhance employee experience.
HR Operations & Policy
  • Support policy reviews, HR communications, and compliance initiatives.
  • Maintain accurate HR records and databases.
  • Provide support for payroll-related processes when required.
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of HR experience, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
  • Proven expertise in recruitment and talent acquisition.
  • Strong knowledge of Singapore employment laws and regulations.
  • Regional HR exposure across Asia is an advantage.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
  • Hospitality industry experience will be an added advantage.
