Job Description:

Troubleshooting and support HQ and Project Sites.
Install, administer, configure systems (desktop, laptop etc.).
Manage network security strategies and policies based on company policy and relevant laws that enhance secure working and protection of data.
Implementation of software and hardware solutions for organisation systems and software.
Manage company's IT assets and procurement.
Management office network managament and deal with common network problems.
Able to develop, establish and maintain SOP and documentation for any IT related tasks.
Responsible for the preparing and updating of technical documents within the team, and provide technical trainings to the teams.
Setup and maintain infrastructure like backup (Acronis); disaster recovery setup.
Assist on training and on-boarding / off-boarding of staff.
Ensure the firmware (e.g., laptop, desktop etc.) is up to date.
Revamp or improve company websites and intranet.
Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Requirement:

Minimum Diploma in Computer Science, Information System or relevant field
Minimum 2 years of experience
