Senior IT Executive [Dynamics 365 & Power Apps]

Basic Up to $4,800 (Depend on Experience) + AWS

Mon to Fri; 8am - 5.30pm

Provide technical support and troubleshooting (root-cause analysis) for Dynamics 365 F&O systems
Design, develop, and maintain Power Apps and Power Automate solutions to support digital transformation initiatives.
Manage and maintain IT infrastructure including Windows Servers, Azure, and Microsoft 365 environments.
Ensure IT security, system compliance, and support audit activities
Gather business requirements and support UAT testing processes
Maintain IT infrastructure including firewall, VPN, network, and hardware system (CCTV & Printer)
Resolve complex hardware and software incidents (Level 2/3 support)
Coordinate with external vendors for IT maintenance and projects
Manage IT assets, software licenses, and inventory records
Prepare and maintain SOPs and technical documentation
Provide system guidance and knowledge sharing to users/team members
Support critical business operations and perform ad-hoc duties as assigned

Min. Degree in Information Technology or related fields

Min. 5 Years experience in end-user support environment (hardware & software)

Knowledges and experience in Dynamics 365 and Power Apps is MUST!
