Job Scope:

Sales Coordinator
  • Manage day-to-day sales operation
  • Sales Order Processing: Quotation, Sales Order, Purchases Order, Delivery Order, Invoicing
  • Professionally handle high volume of inquires and assist to provide effective solution for customers issues
  • Provide excellent support and customer-service
  • Proactively sourcing for new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up
  • Connect with key customer contacts (external) as needed
  • Coordinate projects and support lead manager. Ensuring projects are worked according to agreed plan and kept on schedule
  • Liaise with internal teams such as Finance, Procurement, Logistics and Marketing
  • Assist in preparation & submission of relevant reports and documents for tenders
  • Attend frequent online/ offline product trainings arranged by vendors

Job Requirements:

  • Diploma in Business or related field
  • At least 1-2 Year(s) of working experience in related field
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
IT Coordinator
  • Liaising with Government agencies on deliveries matter
  • Arranging delivery schedule for in-house drivers on daily basis
  • Liaising with the Sales Dept & IT Dept closely on after-sales matters
  • Maintain asset inventory and data records
  • Liaising with clients for relocation and arranging with in-house driver team
  • Preparing IT Engineers schedules for on-site to perform cryptographic erasure and verification before arranging driver to collect back the equipment from agency
  • Preparation and submitting monthly reports for each tender
  • Sending reminder emails in the interval of 3 months, 2 months and 1 month before the expiry dates to agencies to prepare and return the equipment before end-of-lease date
  • Any ad hoc requirements by the Manager
  • Handle incoming calls and email enquiries from corporate customers

Job Requirements:

  • Minimum Diploma in Business Administration or related studies
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
Customer Service Officer
  • Support the customer service team
  • Issue and Post Purchase Orders (PO) in system
  • Create and amend Invoices as required
  • Follow-up the Statements of Account (SOA)
  • Use correct item code and pricing when creating the order
  • Liaise with customers and internal stakeholders on order processing
  • Answer customer's enquiries
  • Generate Sales Return Order
  • Attend and verify Return Order requests and issue credit note
  • Any adhoc tasks assigned by superior

Job Requirements:

  • Familiar in order processing is a plus
  • Entry level are welcome to apply training is provided
