Key Responsibilities

Regulatory Reporting & Compliance

Lead and coordinate regulatory reporting requirements across APAC, ensuring timely and accurate submissions.

Corporate Governance & Secretarial Support

Oversee corporate governance matters and manage company secretarial duties for both existing operations and market expansions within the region.

Audit & Inspection Coordination

Support and manage the execution of audits and regulatory inspections, ensuring readiness and compliance.

Legal Research & Documentation

Conduct legal research and provide support on regulatory matters as needed.

Regulatory Filings

Prepare and manage regulatory filings and documentation in accordance with local requirements.

Administrative & Operational Support

Assist with day-to-day administrative and operational tasks to support the APAC Regulatory team.

Candidate Profile

Experience

Minimum of 3 years in a legal or compliance support role, ideally within a fast-paced environment.

Work Ethic & Organization

Proven ability to follow structured procedures while managing multiple priorities and deadlines effectively.

Attention to Detail

Highly meticulous with a strong focus on accuracy and thoroughness.

Communication Skills

Fluent in English, with excellent written and verbal communication abilities.

Technical Proficiency

Skilled in using word processing and spreadsheet tools; familiarity with legal or compliance systems is a plus.

Global Exposure

Experience working in an international or multinational organization is preferred.

Interpersonal Skills

Comfortable interacting with diverse internal and external stakeholders across various functions and cultures.

Initiative & Drive

Self-motivated with a proactive mindset, capable of contributing effectively in a dynamic, fast-growing business environment.
